Imke Ratschko
Imke is a business attorney focusing her practice on advising small businesses, emerging companies and start-ups in transactions and business disputes.
Imke has over ten years experience in a wide variety of corporate and finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, asset based finance and other commercial matters for domestic and international clients. Before opening her own law office, Imke practiced for ten years at 2 New York City law firms where she represented a variety of domestic and foreign corporate clients, international development banks and national financial institutions.
In addition, Imke is a divorce and family law attorney and participates in the Volunteer Attorney Program of the New York Unified Court System by giving New Yorkers free legal advice on New York family law.
Imke graduated from the Free University of Berlin and the New York University School of Law. She am admitted to practice law in the State of New York (admitted 1999, Registration #2986636) and qualified to practice law in Germany (admission suspended due to non residency).

Elyce, of counsel to Imke Ratschko, is a tax attorney with extensive experience in corporate and international taxation, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, financial products and transactions, and tax advantaged funds and investment vehicles. Ms. Friedfeld advises businesses on tax efficient capitalizations, financing and operating structures, joint ventures and divestitures, insolvency and restructuring matters, and commercial operations and transactions.
Ms . Friedfeld is admitted to practice law in New York (Registration: 1992, #2469658) and is fluent in Russian and Hebrew.
